- Power Supply: The power voltage and power must meet the requirements of the machine equipment.
- Voltage stability is required: Single-phase AC220 (220±10%, 50/60HZ) Three-phase AC380V (220±10%, 50/60HZ). If the requirement is not met, a voltage stabilizer needs to be configured, and the power of the power supply should be more than twice the power consumption.
- Temperature: Ambient temperature: The optimum temperature is 23±3°C. Generally, it should be between 17°C and 28°C. The extreme temperature is 15°C to 35°C. (The optimum ambient temperature in the printing workshop is 23±3°C.)
- Humidity: Relative humidity: 45% to 70% RH.
- Working Environment: The workshop should be kept clean and hygienic, free of dust and corrosive gases.
- Air cleanliness should be Class 100,000 (BGJ73-84).
- In an air-conditioned environment, there should be a certain amount of fresh air, and the CO2 content should be controlled below 1000PPM and CO content below 10PPM to ensure human health.
- Anti-static: Production line equipment must be well grounded, using a three-phase five-wire grounding method and independent grounding. The floors, workbench mats, chairs, etc., in the production area should meet the anti-static requirements.
- Exhaust Ventilation: Reflow soldering and wave soldering equipment have exhaust ventilation requirements.
- Lighting: The factory should have good lighting conditions, with an ideal illuminance of 800LUX to 1200LUX, but not less than 300LUX.
- Requirements for SMT Production Line Personnel: Operators of various equipment on the production line must undergo professional skills training to meet standards, and must flexibly adhere to the safety operating procedures of the equipment.
- Operators should strictly follow the “Safety Technical Operation Procedures” and process standards.
