With the rapid development of mechanical equipment, manual operations are gradually being replaced. In SMT factories, manual cleaning of steel mesh has been replaced by fully automatic steel mesh cleaning machines. This not only improves efficiency but also ensures thorough cleaning, reducing time and labor costs. The emergence and application of fully automatic SMT steel mesh cleaning machines represent this trend.
Significance of Using Steel Mesh Cleaning Machine: To ensure standardized equipment use, facilitating precise and standardized operations by operators, thereby improving efficiency and ensuring the safety of machinery and operators.
Operating Procedure for Steel Mesh Cleaning Machine:
- Start the inspection of the steel mesh cleaning machine: Check whether the compressed air pressure is between 0.45 MPa to 0.75 MPa, and turn on the power switch while connecting the exhaust pipe.
- Use the automatic liquid addition and discharge system to fill the liquid storage tank with a sufficient amount of liquid. Adjust the fixing fixture for the steel mesh according to the specifications that need to be cleaned.
- Check the situation displayed on the control panel. The air source indicator light (AIR) should show deep green, indicating no issues. If it shows red, it means the air pressure is insufficient or there is no compressed air. (Adjust the air pressure to the appropriate working pressure value.)
- Place the steel mesh to be cleaned into the steel mesh cleaning machine, verify the placement, and close the cleaning chamber door. Observe the (DOOR) indicator light on the control panel. Deep green indicates normal pneumatic operation, while red indicates that the door is not tightly closed, and the equipment will not operate.
- Setting the cleaning time: Open the cover of the drying time controller, press the white button (time setting lock key) in the direction indicated, simultaneously adjust the three black buttons on the right side, set the required time, and release the white button. Close the cover. The set time is now locked. The time unit is in seconds (except for 5 digits 9), and the general cleaning time is set within the range of 240-999 seconds.
- Setting the drying time: Open the cover of the drying time controller, press the white button (time setting lock key) in the direction indicated by the arrow, simultaneously adjust the three black buttons on the right side, set the required time, and release the white button. The set time is now locked. The general drying time is set within the range of 400-600 seconds.
- Adjust the emergency stop button (EMERGENCY STOP) to the reset state.
- Press the start button (START), the equipment starts, the cleaning controller starts timing, and the steel mesh cleaning begins. When the cleaning time is reached, it automatically switches to the drying controller, starts timing, and begins drying. When the drying time is reached, the operation ends, the timer stops, and the machine stops working.
- Open the steel mesh cleaning machine, the equipment resets automatically, remove the steel mesh, and the cleaning process is complete.
Precautions:
- Under normal working conditions, the steel mesh cleaning machine requires adding cleaning agent once a week.
- Pay attention to the height of the cleaning liquid at the lower right window of the equipment. If the liquid level is below M, it must be immediately replenished with cleaning liquid.
- Pay attention to the functions of the inlet and outlet valves of each air pump, and do not open the valves arbitrarily.
