Warranty
New products purchased include a 2 year warranty. If a customer requires 1 year warranty, we can apply the reduced warranty period with a discount to the purchase price.
Technical Support
Installation, training, and calibration services are available with a purchase of new and certain used machines. Some machine models include installation and training at the customer’s facility as part of the purchase price.
For training and installation related questions, requests for manuals / software, contact Customer Service support@silmantech.com. Please have the machine model and S/N numbers available when contacting.
Contact us via email, online contact form or phone for technical support questions relating to equipment functionality or process related issues. If necessary, a technician is available to visit the customer’s facility to perform on site repairs.
