C753 PCB Cleaning Machine

Fully automatic PCB surface cleaning machine, suitable for online cleaning before solder paste printing or adhesive coating. It mainly removes fine debris, dust, fibers, hair, skin flakes, metal particles, and other foreign objects from the surface of PCB pads, ensuring the PCB surface is in a clean state. By eliminating soldering defects such as solder balls, voids, warpage, and misalignment in advance, it reduces potential risks and improves product quality. Specifically designed equipment developed according to the cleaning needs of SMT production lines. Equipped with standard antistatic function, completely eliminating static interference. Contact cleaning method with a cleaning rate of over 99%, ensuring efficient, stable, and long-lasting cleaning results.

The fully automatic PCB cleaning machine is a cutting-edge surface cleaning system that employs two dust-adhesive rollers to collect dust from the surface of PCBs. High-pressure ionized air is then used to remove debris such as flakes, fibers, hair, and powder particles. Subsequently, the dust-adhesive rollers come into direct contact with adhesive paper to collect pollutants from the rollers. This process ensures that the PCB surface is clean before printing, preemptively eliminating soldering defects and enhancing product quality. Simply press the pneumatic button to initiate the operation, making it simple and convenient to use.
