Muitas das actuais placas integradas utilizam esta forma, o que traz inconvenientes para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div><\/div><div id=\"ultimate-heading-410269f2d3094d304\" class=\"uvc-heading ult-adjust-bottom-margin ultimate-heading-410269f2d3094d304 uvc-7947  uvc-heading-default-font-sizes\" data-hspacer=\"no_spacer\"  data-halign=\"left\" style=\"text-align:left\"><div class=\"uvc-heading-spacer no_spacer\" style=\"top\"><\/div><div class=\"uvc-sub-heading ult-responsive\"  data-ultimate-target='.uvc-heading.ultimate-heading-410269f2d3094d304 .uvc-sub-heading '  data-responsive-json-new='{\"font-size\":\"\",\"line-height\":\"\"}'  style=\"font-weight:normal;\">An\u00e1lise de problemas comuns na PCB do painel LCD<br \/>\nAs falhas no painel LCD PCB manifestam-se principalmente como: ecr\u00e3 preto, ecr\u00e3 cinzento, ecr\u00e3 desfocado, linhas verticais no ecr\u00e3, tiras verticais, etc. A principal causa das falhas acima mencionadas \u00e9 causada pela \u00e1gua no painel LCD PCB!<br \/>\nA. Causas da entrada de \u00e1gua nas fitas de bordo: Os televisores CRT tradicionais s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos por todo o cone de vidro, sem quaisquer conectores. Os ecr\u00e3s LCD actuais utilizam elementos TAB, componentes e COF para estabelecer a liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a placa PCB. O utilizador continua a limpar o ecr\u00e3 com um pano molhado, tal como acontece com os CRT, sendo f\u00e1cil a entrada de \u00e1gua, especialmente quando a placa PCB do painel LCD do ecr\u00e3 LG est\u00e1 invertida. Enquanto a \u00e1gua entrar no PCB do painel LCD, ir\u00e1 corroer e queimar seriamente o COF e o OC. Uma vez que a casa do utilizador \u00e9 demasiado fechada e mal ventilada no inverno, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil produzir vapor de \u00e1gua sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o do aquecimento, que flui para o lado ao longo do ecr\u00e3 na placa. No ver\u00e3o, sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o do ar condicionado, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil produzir \u00e1gua nas faixas das extremidades. O televisor pode ser visto normalmente, mas, ocasionalmente, o lado da grelha est\u00e1 mal. O fen\u00f3meno pode ser normal num instante, e \u00e9 geralmente dif\u00edcil de encontrar. 2. A grade esquerda ou direita aparece no ecr\u00e3 da TV. .3. A luz de fundo \u00e9 brilhante e o ecr\u00e3 n\u00e3o \u00e9 brilhante. M\u00e9todo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o: Para a falha em que a luz de fundo \u00e9 brilhante e o ecr\u00e3 n\u00e3o \u00e9 brilhante, deve primeiro medir se a fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o LVDS da placa l\u00f3gica de 12 volts \u00e9 normal. Neste momento, existem duas situa\u00e7\u00f5es: (1) Normal. (2) O fus\u00edvel est\u00e1 queimado. Se os 12 volts estiverem normais, deve medir as tens\u00f5es relevantes, como VCOMVGH, VGL, e concentrar-se na medi\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o de sa\u00edda VG1-VG21. Se continuar a ser anormal, a placa l\u00f3gica est\u00e1 danificada. Se estiver normal, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favida de que entrou \u00e1gua na PCB do painel LCD. Para a falha de circuito aberto do fus\u00edvel na placa l\u00f3gica, n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido substituir o fus\u00edvel ou provocar um curto-circuito direto com um fio. O valor da resist\u00eancia das duas extremidades do fus\u00edvel \u00e0 terra deve ser medido. Se houver um curto-circuito \u00e0 terra, verifique a causa.
