New products purchased include a 2 year warranty. If a customer requires 1 year warranty, we can apply the reduced warranty period\u00a0with a discount to the purchase price.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>

Technical Support<\/h3><\/div>
Installation, training, and calibration services are available with a purchase of new and certain used machines. Some machine models include installation and training at the customer’s facility as part of the purchase price.<\/p>\n

For training and installation related questions, requests for manuals \/ software, contact Customer Service support@silmantech.com. Please have the machine model and S\/N numbers available when contacting.<\/p>\n

Contact us via email, online contact form or phone for technical support questions relating to equipment functionality or process related issues. If necessary, a technician is available to visit the customer’s facility to perform on site repairs.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
