I. Cleaning Process:
- Use a rubber scraper or soft cloth to wipe off ink, pigment, and other substances on the screen printing mesh.
- Pour cleaning agent into the cleaning tank and prepare industrial brushes, high-pressure water guns, and other tools.
- Soak the screen printing mesh in the cleaning tank, then use brushes and high-pressure water guns to clean the surface, back, and mesh holes of the screen printing mesh.
- Rinse the surface and back of the screen printing mesh with clean water and dry with gauze.
- Hang up the screen printing mesh to air dry.
II. Selection of Cleaning Agent:
- High-viscosity cleaning agent: suitable for cleaning ink, plastic pigments, and other high-viscosity substances.
- Diluted cleaning agent: suitable for cleaning water-based and solvent-based pigments.
- High-temperature cleaning agent: suitable for cleaning high-quality printing materials such as aluminum alloy and photosensitive screens.
III. Precautions:
- Protect the screen printing mesh during the cleaning process to prevent quality issues such as mesh holes and scratches.
- Follow the instructions in the manual for the proper use of cleaning agents, and avoid arbitrary mixing or excessive use.
- Store cleaning agents in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Clean the cleaning tank thoroughly after use and store it in a safe place.
Equipment Cleaning Method:
Using equipment for cleaning is relatively simple. The Silman Tech Pneumatic Screen Mesh Cleaning Machine is specifically designed for cleaning screen printing meshes. With the pressure from the cleaning pump and the high pressure from the nozzles, residual ink, photosensitive emulsion, and other impurities on the mesh can be effectively cleaned and rinsed through high-pressure spraying, resulting in a very clean cleaning effect.
