Equipment Cleaning: The Silman Tech DEZ-C758 PCBA cleaning equipment is specifically designed to remove flux residue after wave soldering, replacing manual brushing to increase cleaning capacity and cleanliness while reducing costs. It adopts a fully automatic cleaning mode, avoiding operators’ contact with chemical liquids. Through multiple brushing processes, it efficiently removes flux residue on PCBA after soldering without wetting the surface-mounted components. The unique combination of roller brush and disc brush thoroughly cleans from multiple directions, eliminating dead corners and ensuring cleanliness. Additionally, the visual observation window provides clear visibility of the process, allowing for fully automatic online cleaning post wave soldering.
