1. No power, black screen:
(1) When the machine has the above phenomenon, first check whether the power plug, socket, wiring is loose, and whether the switch (OSD button or remote control) is in the on state;
(2) If the machine is equipped with a timer, you need to check whether the timer red indicator light and the green indicator light are on at the same time. If only the red indicator light is on but the green indicator light is off, it may be a problem with the clock setting, and you only need to set the clock Correct, (please see the instruction manual for details) The fault can be eliminated;
(3) If the machine has a software timing function, check whether the clock setting in the software is correct (see the instruction manual for details).
2. There is an image but no sound
Check whether the sound is set to minimum or silent mode, and reset the volume mode. (For details, please refer to the instruction manual)
If it is offline and there is no sound, first check whether the external sound cable is damaged and whether the connection is correct.
3. Don’t read the CF card
The file in the CF card is not created correctly, re-create the LOOP file; if it is an encrypted machine, you need to encrypt the advertisement (see the instruction manual for details)
